NOOOOOO!

You have a '93, you can't run dry period! Also, i wouldn't reccommend that much on 22lb injectors even if you did have a MAF.

If you want to run wet, that'd be a good pump.

I can't think of any reason an NOS-5176 dry kit wouldn't work with a 93.... as you noted, it uses the signal from the blue pressure regulator to press on the vacuum connection at the FPR and boost the fuel pressure. Has nothing to do with MAF or no MAF

Why aren't you just using the inline booster pump that comes with the 5176 kit? When I was using that kit, it came with a great Bosch inline pump, but I think they eventually went to a cheaper pump. The Bosch pump they included was relabled as the PN 15764, and the flow chart in the catalog had approx. the same flow/pressure quoted on the MSD pump you mentioned. Would appear to be a reasonable replacement.

the reason why he isn't using the pump that comes with the kit is because he bought the kit used from a guy and the guy din't have the pump so we are looking for a pump that will work but we don't want to pay $200 for the walbro(nos) pump out of jegs. so if any one know what pumps will work and there under $200 that would be great thanks

Yeah, the MSD pump is perfect for your application. NOS sells a fuel line adapter to connect the pump to the stock fuel line.
I don't know the part # But I know that Fred had it at one time. You might try emailing him.
