if i dont have a window switch
if i dont have a window switch
is that when the engine takes a beating? i dont no too much about the whole fuel pressure thing, do u HAVE to have the pedal to the floor to spray? or is it RPMs that matter
, does a window switch stop the nitrous when u engage clutch or shift or w/e?

A window switch is a safety device that can be used to turn on and off your nitrous when you're outside an RPM "window" like 3000-6000. In theory, if you always shifted at the right time, and the engine never bogged, you wouldn't need or use a window switch. But stuff goes wrong, and the switch may save your motor.
You don't HAVE to have the car at full throttle, but it wouldn't make much sense not to. You're pumping in extra power with nitrous, there'd be little reason to use it if you didn't want everything out of the motor as well. But yes, RPM is the key, you typically only want to spray within a certain RPM range.
No, a window switch doesn't know if you're engaging the clutch or shifting.
You may want to read my "new to nitrous" guide in the sig for more info.
