If you have to ask, then you shouldn't be running that much nitrous.

people have to ask questions to learn. Why get down on someone because they want to further their knowledge on something??? I personaly can't help you with the amount of timming you need to pull i just thought the last comment was rather rude.

A good rule of thumb is 2 degrees pulled out for every 50 hp in nitrous but it all depends on your tune, combo, etc.

Pull 3 per 100hp. 2 per 50hp is good for pump gas but not so good on race gas. And if you're not running race gas with that much nitrous then you are asking for trouble no matter how much timming you pull.

Are you using a fogger or plate?

I would take out at least 15 degrees for the first hit. I also would put the car on fuel the first time as well. Look for specalling on the ceramic of the plug. If there is remove more timing or down jet the system. Also make sure you set up the fuel 100%. You need a real good tune to make real power and keep the pistons in it. Talk to you local NOS guru. Good luck.
