Typical built up motor (medium quality rotating ***'y, 4-bolt main caps, etc.) ~1.75hp/ci
Excellent parts, skilled ***'y ~2.5hp/ci
Best parts available, put together by someone who know what is what ~3.0+hp/ci

So, for a 350 these levels would represent ~425, 600, 875, 1,000+rwhp

Just my simple way of looking at it.
