Post Stanton question?????

Does Stanton have a air line for filling your tires after the races? I have never been there and wondered if I should bring a airtank to fill my tires back up to street level or not?

I've got an electric one that I use. It's a bit slow, but it works. There's also a gas station down the road. I'm sure they have a line there as well.

Yes, there is an air line. Most dont even know about it. When you come in the gate, if you take a left & go all the way down to that pole barn, there is a hose that is always out front of the door.

Harold,

please email the wherabouts of the airline to him.

Its kinda a thing to only pass the info to the person and not tell everyone. then make the do the same.

Started some years back at the M3 event

Cool, then I wont worry about it. But without a set of dedicated race tires, I have to drop the air pressure to have any real fun You guys just dont laugh at me, this is my first time EVER on a track. I will probably look a little stupid at times. Also, I have to have a helmet at stanton dont I, cuz of the vert top and all.

Yes helmet is required and don't go below 12.99 there speed demon! You'll get a few practice passes in and we can help you out if you have any questions.

No need to worry about the speeds, not this year anyway. Next year I may have a problem, but I also may have a rollbar

That's why I'm waiting until some other time at Martin to have my first time on the track... If I end up looking stupid at least it won't be in front of too many people I know!

You have nothing to loose by trying to put your car down the track there. It's not like you're going to be John Force and the audience goes wild. I think you'll find it a pretty good time to try out.

Martin sucks in comparison because you'll never get as many runs in as you will at Stanton at the moment.
