Come get those P.B.'s at MILAN, a mans track, where if you get a new PB, you truely EARNED it!!

CORNGRATS my friends, wish we had driver friendly tracks over here!!

HInk (it's gotta be the air blowing over Lake Huron or sumpin')
Last year Taner set his best PB at Milan , his 10.14 run. Man does that ever sound slow compared to the lew best. 9.68 pffftt.

I think that you're right, HInk. Maybe Taner has somekind of conspirace with the track owner. That's my explaination and I'm sticking to it.

THAT's IT KEVIN!!! Since winters are so long up/over there, the Canadians do the time change thing like we do but they take the hour completely out! They work off of a 23 hour day, hence all track times have been reduced the same, by computer. Now if they ran in the winter when the hours are 25 per day, than just the opposite. BUT ... here's the trick part... you can't run DRAG CARS in the winter so officially their PB's are always better then ours who are forced to use the old fashioned 24 HPD.

Those Canadians got it so goin' on!

Official Time Tanner B.

Canadian: 9.41 *

U.S.: 10.77

The tower just puts an asteric by your time based on licence
plate. * = correction for 23 hour day and they make sure the other time is blurbed out so you can't read it.

WOW!!! WE gotta get up there with some Ontario plates on and ALL get massive new P.B.'s!!! Ya ever hear 'em whine when they get over here and find their time slips about a second and a half off?? Man... She ain't running very good today, eh? Ususally in the high nines but yet today, just crackin tens, eh??!! Traction sucks here in Michigan, eh?

HInk (Metric Time, now thats what we need)

Not that I know of,the closest track is Toronto Motorsport Park(TMSP) which is not in Toronto.

Here is their website and schedule, they also have a map listed with directions.

Not bad! You're running the same as what my car just ran last Friday at Cayuga (aka: Toronto Motorsports Park). 13.434 is my new PB (compared to 14.008 last year?! ).

Hmmmmmm, I don't know how I feel about an LT1 running the same as my car though?!
...............I guess my 'ol LS1 needs a few more toys to play with!!! Hopefully the 3.73's will do the trick!............maybe once they're installed I'll take a drive down to St. Thomas and show you guys what a good daily driver can do!!

Pete get yourself a 3200 stall to go with those gears,it will really wake that LS1 up.

I will see you at Cayuga, its actually closer for me,a 200km round trip instead of 500km.

I was going to Cayuga last Saturday, but when I heard Roman was going to St Thomas I wanted to see his car run.

Well, I think I need a set of drag radials before a converter! Otherwise I'll start cutting ~2.5 60' times 'cause the car will spin so bad!!! Even the way my car is right now, it spins pretty good off the line (street tires obviously) and it seems even worse than last year (in fact, my 60' time was 2.152 vs 2.101 last year ).

I was planning on going to Cayuga this coming Saturday (May 10th) but my buddy wants my help working on his '96 T/A (changing complete rear end, 2.73 --> 3.42, LCA's, and some other misc. stuff). I think Saturday is supposed to be "F-bodies vs Mustangs" too. Oh well, still lots of summer left!
