Me and my friend from Texas got out of school early tonight.We decide we want to get a few beers.He says well lets take the Mustang.I of course say OK.He has a 67 Mustang coupe that is barely legal for the street.(he knows a friend of a friend that knows this guy that works in the inspection station you get the idea) We stroll the pony down to the store to get our beers.While in the store a guy walking in was staring at the car and past the entrance door by 30 feet or better.Then we get the beer and are leaving and there are 3 people waiting to gab at us about the car.30 min later we leave with this guy in a 88 5.0 following us that we had spoke to earlier at the gas station. We turn the corner and my buddy hits it. Wow 10 seconds later we are a quarter mile closer to home.That is his beer chasing car.All I can say is Holy ****.Makes me wish I had some money to build something.The car has a 392 Stroker with a powerglide, ladder bars,ET streets like steamrollers etc,etc.It has went 10.50's @130 on the motor.He doesnt have any times for the NX 150 shot in the 1/4 but has ran 6.0's in the 1/8.All I can say is wow and I am inspired.I know it's a Ford but it is still bad ***.Just had to vent as I am pumped up now.
