Looking for a car...

My brother has cash in hand, ready to buy something. He's looking for a civic or something else that's good on gas. He has $2500 to spend.

What do you guys got lying around?

I have a '97 Lumina for sale. It is a little rough around the edges, but gets 26 mpg. The car needs nothing. Asking price is 1400 obo.
