Dam you beat me to it! Its an official almost wheelie Its obviously still not launching just the way I want it to but its about 100X better with the new shocks. Atleast its almost level...

What a day, 1.57 60's are a lot of fun! Now if I could just get the shift points figured out maybe it would lay off the revlimiter. BTW Jim, I only see 1 wheel for you too bro. Maybe next time...

I have been looking for them those pics, but they still are not listed on his site. They are on his .net site, try this:

Brian, 4.11's are back in, rev limiter set to 7000, shifts will be at 6700, and got the ok to keep it to the floor across the finish line. Can't wait for Saturday.

Well if you take a close look at the 3rd one... that passenger wheel may be on the ground... but its sure doesnt have much weight on it. Its just about ready to lift also. It sure was fun getting back out with the car again. Jim I dont know if I'm going to race on Sat. As of now I have to work. but if i get home and can make it to the track by 3, I will.

E, if you call it clean then I like your style. I washe dit on Friday night after I put it on the trailer. I also washed the truck that night, I couldnt have Jim showing me up

I dunno... I think the shadow under that front passenger tire might be keeping us from seeing a "no touch".
Nice to see the car on the track again. But judging from your tire setup, I guess you won't be doing too many Tyler State Park cruises. Buahahahaha.

Not with those tires bro. Actually there is something else that is very different also. NO tags to ruin the look.

Looks great Brian! I'm hoping to make it down this Saturday - weather in the 50's!!

Jim failed to inform you all that his car is on page 5 in the bottom left corner...

Also, Brian is on page 9 again and they're both right next to each other on page 14. No pictures of Rick's Monte though.

Well looks like I am definately working on Sat. I still might make it down but its not looking good now. I need some t-n-t to get the trans figured out and a little more practice on the tree.

BTW, hows the Monte anyway? Rick thought he broke a gear just before eliminations...

Yes, he did. He blew the rear completely on the starting line first round. He already has it fixed and back together now. Thanks for asking!

He said he thought he might get 1 round out of it. well at least he staged and got his 1 point. I figured if it broke the ring gear then he wouldnt go very far. Jim and I both went red first round and were probably busy loading our cars on the trailer at the time. Well, glad to hear its back together. Now we just wait to see if the snow can be cleared for Sat...

Frank, I actually tried to slow it down a bit. I filled the tank before and messed with teh shift points. Opening day of points we only ran 1/8 due to wind. But it did run new best 1/8.

7.51 @90.5 1.57 60' That was with me filling the tank up and tagging the rev limiter in both shifts. Im going to try to get out thursday night for some t-n-t. That poor stock tq arm... lol
