My CD player cuts out for a moment when I start the car...

I'm thinking the electric draw to start the engine drops the voltage on the comm lines enough that the voltage reference difference between ground and the voltage line drops below the need operating voltage difference and thus "dropping comm" altogether. In other words, your friggin monster momentarily sucked all the available battery juice in order to get started.

AHHHH This explains the recent brown outs of the South-Jersey area.

Geez, I don't know, won't stay running and can't scan. Hmmmmmmm,,, Could be a bad wire, or maybe some else,,,,

I know all the engines I ever built fired right up and ran fine???

But then, all the engines I've built were painted BLACK!

Coincidence????

I think not,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I say we head over to Project's house on the 14th with a can of BLACK paint and make that car run right?

Whos with me???
