Hey Everyone,

I had a question for anyone who could possibly help. I have a 95 Z28 Camaro that was running fine the other day. However, today I start it up and leave for work and it was barely idling and choking out every minute (unless I kept my foot on the gas to keep it running). Also, it smells like a stronger fuel smell than normal plus I've been getting really bad gas mileage. I've been running into so many problems recently with it and just want to get it fixed! Please help, thanks!

Just to get you started, have you scanned if for codes? Have you checked the fuel pressure? Is the engine stock? If not, in what way is it modified? How many miles on it?

 

sounds like its idling rich, any modifications?

 

try running without the maf plugged in and then move to the o2s if you can't scan it...good luck
