I think it depends on your heads cuz I peaked at 6300 so I wouldnt make such a generalization

Here is my dyno chart. Looking at it, it was just starting to flatten out at about 6K. I was obviously getting a little too lean to continue higher. Once I get everything sorted out, I'm expecting to make good power up to about 6300-6500. The TQ doesn't fall off as quick as bigger cams either, which is definitely a plus.

yeah most likely............running injectors over 85% duty cycle is not a good idea........and yours are definetly over that if youre making more than 360ish rwhp in an lt1.

I will definately have to look into injectors. I had planned to do some fuel system stuff over the winter (like an LS1 gas tank swap) but I never got a reply from the guy selling me his tank... just went ahead and bought swaybars.

I don't have any info on what the injector duty cycle is on my motor. I know in general you should run the smallest injector you can get away with and still have a safe margin of duty cycle up top... until I can AutoTap the car, are there any guesses as to what size I should look at?

Thanks

this ford place sells them for a great deal...........also, you can get them from guys on the mustang forum (corral.net or something) for really cheap.

This may sound like a dumb question, but will those fuel injectors for a Mustang work on a LT1?

Those are SVO injectors. They work just fine in our cars. Both of mine are running them, as well as a complete plethora of others out there.
