WTF is wrong with my car. please help

Having some problems with my car. For some reason it runs WAY warmer then alot of other cars...it has an f'd up idle...and when it warms up, its got a nasty stumble. Otherwise, it runs awesome. When the cars stays around 180-185, it does great, but as soon as I stop or start driving in the city, it jumps up over 210.....I'd like to see the temp around 165-170 while cruising, but it should IMO immediately come back down when I'm driving.
I may run a fan switch and switch from the new 180 thermo to a 160. The car has only two mods, loudmouth and homemade cold air.

Next problem, when the car starts to warm up, it has a crazy idle. It willl start around 1000 rpm and chill...the all the sudden it revs a little without me touching anything. it fluctuates between 1000 and 1500 r's. I ran the codes and came up with bad o2's. surely o2's wouldn't do this.

After the car warms up (hot) I try to take off and I get a bad stumble. untl the car cools back down.

I tried switching computers too but now it stumbles ALL The time. HOpefully the guy I bought that from will take it back .

I would check or replace your IAC valve. A friend of mine had a serious idle problem and when he replaced his IAC it fixed everything. His IAC was "sticking" and it wasn't able to open or close to adjust the idle. He tried cleaning his original one but that didn't work.

As far as the temperature problem, that's just the way these cars run in heavy traffic. When I sit in traffic for a few minutes my temp rises fast also. I installed a manual fan switch with 2 speeds. Now when I notice it rising I just turn the low speed fan on.

When your car starts to warm up, it is attempting to go into closed loop. At this time, the PCM relies on O2 sensor data for the correct A/F mixture. If your O2 sensors are bad, your car will not run properly. Start there.

I would suspect your IAC is also carboned up. Has is ever been cleaned? Remove the IAC from the throttle body and spray the pintle down(don't spray the IAC motor) with carb cleaner. Also check for heavy carbon buildup on the back of the throttle blades. It also wouldn't hurt to check for vacuum leaks(cracked air hoses, gasket leaks, etc).

hmm...
fan switch, IAC, and o2's. SOunds expensive lol
I was thinking along the lines of IAC, but I thought a code of some sort would come up for that if it was acting up. I'm hesitant to put new 02's in because I am going with long tubes/no cats etc in the next couple months. Should I still replace them?

You'll need your front 2 O2 sensors no matter what type of headers you run.
