I would guess all of the above would be good for 30RWHP. Most guys claim 10 for EWP, I saw a guy remove his belt on the dyno and pick up 15 RWHP so I'd guess the pulley would be worth at least 5 RWHP, don't know about RR's cuz most times there done with a cam swap, airfoil probably not much but every bit counts

I would get a fan switch or do like I did and make your own if you haven't already. Maybe desensitize your knock sensor if getting false knock. I've read some good things about mail order tune also.

meziere electric water pump or CSR generally worth 10rwhp/10rwtq
roller rockers (dont know what ones to get) GMPP/Crane work, but Pro Mags arent limited as much on lift. between 8-15rwhp
pulley(s) (any of them actually make hp?) ASP 23% Crank Replacement, I wouldnt waste money on any other
air foil
TB Bypass Free, do anything free for HP

You can always shave weight for a faster car. You might need some suspension mods or wheels/tires to get the extra power to the ground. A PCM tune from Madolf (ION) wouldnt hurt. After all the bolt on's your looking at cams and other power adders.

I have the following
93 z 28 M6
SLP CAI, Trick Flow Elbow, 160* stat, Pacesetter Long Tubes, 3" ORY no cats, SLP Loudmouth, AIR!, EGR!, Strange 4.10's

There's a website with several of those mods dyno tested:

How about a mail order tune? I Thought it was well worth the money.

I couldn't agree more, for the little over a hundred dollars you'll spend on a mail-order tune, you should be more then happy with the results.
