would I get SES?...
If an injector has an electrical problem, you will get DTC 18 - Injector circuits. If the injector is plugged or sticking, it will not set the DCT 18 code, but might cause problems with O2 sensor "lean" or "rich" codes.
There is no way for the PCM to know the fuel pressure, so there are not codes for the fuel pump itself. Again, excessive pressure or inadequate pressure in closed loop is going to throw off the long term fuel corrections, and if they max out, they will set a code for "rich" or "lean".

Again, there is no code specific to the catalytic convertor on a 1995. If it was not working - dead catalyst - there would be no consequential code. If it was "plugged" and restricting engine performance, it might remotely cause an incidental O2 sensor code, but I doubt it.
