The LTs should already have holes in them for the front o2s and as far as the backs you can either get sims or just get them deleted by a computer tune or www.madz28.com So really you only need 2 unless you plan on using your stock ones but those are a B!TCH to get out. And if you do get them out your lucky you dont strip them.

well i know there is a difference between our cars. Mine being a 97, dual cats and your being a 95 1 Cat.. Also different computer, But it should be about the same.

You should have 2 O2's for the front before the cat. 1 for each side of the exhaust before they connect into the Y-pipe. Those are the ones that you will need O2 extensions for. 2 Total 1 for each sensor. The back ones you you can do 3 things with
1. Get O2 extensions for them to.
2. Get 02 Sims.
3. Get them programmed out.
My parts list when i did mine was pretty much.
Headers.
Header gaskets.
Header Bolts.
2 O2 extensions
Spark Plugs
Spark plug wires.
Things i left out when i did mine that i forgot or would change would prob have to be 2 new O2 sensors (wait till AFTER the headers smoke and the coating burns off ect before putting them in.) stripped one taking my stock ones out thankfully we fixed it. And the OTVC wire looms would have realllly helped. Also once you get them in make sure all wires are away from the headers.

Sorry was to tired to go back and check what the question was directed towards so i kinda just went over all of it lol.
