Won't start, narrowed it down to a few things

So this morning I went out to my car wouldn't start at all. It turned over really slow like it had a bad starter, but that was all it would do. Instead of telling it in story form here's the cliffs of what I've done today:

Car ran and started fine last night.
Went out this morning, wouldn't start.
Tried to jump it, no luck, still dragging really slow.
Traded in battery (store said old one was bad), now it spins quick enough but no start.
Put fuel pressure gauge on, ~40 pounds of pressure during starting and a prime.
Pulled spark plug wire off, spark on it.
Pulled wire off coil, spark on it.
Traded coil just incase because it looks stock (One time my buddy's Trans Am left us stranded same way, was coil).
Car spins fast enough to start, and fires after a few seconds, but no start. Not consistent firing, just put, put, put, like it won't catch.

I'm completely lost, there was no rain yesterday, the last time I drove it I only drove about 5 minutes all good road back to my hosue, it was fine then. I go to sleep and wake up and it's like this. Any suggestions?

Does the fuel pump ever come on after the "prime"? The pump won't start back up until the PCM finds the low resolution pulse from the Opti. Can you scan it for codes?

I can't scan it for codes, but I did everything in the test opti thread and it came back as the opti. So I guess I'm going to pick one up tomorrow and hope for the best. I know that I should get a GM one, but this is my only car right now so there's no luck with that.

How can I check for the low resolution pulse?

Need to get a Noid light from autozone and unplug an injector and plug it in and try to crank it. Or you can use a test light to check for ground pulse on the NON PINK wire of the injector plug, Sometimes it is hard to see it depending on your test light.

Remember if you use a test light that you are checking for ground, so you hook up your test light to the pos on your battery not a ground (it took me a minute to remember that when I was checking mine so I wasn't getting anything at first)

I know it's firing, just not quickly. It's not like a tazer (I would image that it would spark at that rate), even on the coil, it's just once ever half second or something like that.

Something else, the fuel pressure dropped and kicked back up when I had it connected and tried to fire it up, so I'm assuming that it is sending the fuel in. It dropped a few pounds of pressure and kicked right back up.

I'm taking it apart tomorrow, so any help to absolutely make sure would be great.

just because it fires doesnt mean its getting fuel..you really should get noid lights...its just like a 20 dollar deal and then take them back and they will give you your money back...another thing, your computer might be bad, that will cause it to crank and crank and crank but no start....another thing is your resistor in your key might be bad, doubtfull but possible, ussually would make it not even crank with the key...there are some things you can try out...i had a bad computer and it would throw codes one min and then none the next, wierd stuff...
