Question Wiring Problem Pease try to help me :)

OK I Have had a problem in the past, The DASH LIGHT and TAILLIGHT would Blow a fuse when I turned them on. I didn't know what was causing the fuse to keep popping when I would put in another. The next day i went to put in a fuse and it worked again, months went by no problem,

THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!
I had let one of my friends drive my car and he shifted into 2nd gear hard as hell and the light were out. I tried to fix it again but I had know luck at all, so... I took in my car to the shop. They had it apart for 3 days till they found a problem and fixed it (they told me it was a lose wire shorting out or something) It cost me about $350 TO FIND A SHORT !!!

So now its been a few more weeks or months that past by, till one day I go to start up my car and they are out again. Now the last few weeks or months my car has been running poorly and I didn't know what it was. I replaced the wires and spark plugs i have like 20000 miles on my optispark unit so its not that i had them checked well at least the wires were any thing that can be looked at without taking it apart, SO.... getting back to the fact that the lights were out again i go to pull out and drive my car and its driving 2x as good, it feels stronger or something but their was a difference for sure.

The next day the light started working again and the car runs bad?>? What do it think it can be? IM so lose and don't know what to do about the way everything is working?

I will go back to the shop on my day off Tue. and let them have a let

Also the shop put in gear and they wine and I trying to get them to fix that to, I have one more problem which is they installed a clutch for me and IM having problems getting it in gear sometimes, I changed the fluids back to stock, and it made it a little smoother but not by much?

Cool

I would check to see if the brake light switch under the dash is super tight. When I replaced mine,my brake light problems were solved(for how long who knows, with sockets going south all the time ect.)For the dash lights,I would check under the dash for faulty wire connections, also pull the fuse box out(left side of dash),and see if everything is connected ok.I'm guessing some kind of grounding problem.I did have a grounding problem fixed when it was traced to behind the drivers side area, where the person behind you sits, and that cured some probelms.I would take it to a good electrical shop that specializes in after market things that were done such as extra lighting,ect.My02
