Will this K&N FIPK 2 fit?

I had a K&N FIPK 2 on my 95 v6 camaro. Bought a 97 trans am, would be pretty cool if this would fit because its just sitting in my garage anyways. I found this link which says it will fit but I just want to make sure. http://www.lmperformance.com/4162/2.html

That looks just like mine, and it fit's great on my '97 Z28. Mine is also the FIPK II.

I would recommend getting the cleaning kit and cleaning the filter first, and be careful not to spray too much new oil on the filter. It can coat your MAF sensor. While you are putting in the FIPK, you may as well clean your MAF too. Use electrical parts cleaner and a Q-tip and be VERY careful when touching the elements.
