m6 to auto harness wireing problems. Can everyone help answer my questions?

FIrst let me start out by saying that the car is a 96 with a 95 swap and im still using the 96 harness. im using a 95 Motor, and PCM, The car is OBD1, The harness that im using is for an AUTO but the car has a 6 speed in it now.

If anyone could answer my questions it would be a big help to me because im putting on the LTCC and my harness looks like **** Thanks to anyone that have give me a hand.

Here are my questions:
1. Can I cut away the auto connections and eliminate the wireing for it too while not setting off any codes? Would it hurt anything?
2. The car is using a ODB1 PCM but, the harness is for a 96 (ODB2), im not using the front nor the rear second set of O2 censors, again can I cut off the connections and eliminate the wire for the O2 censors while not setting off any codes. I dont see how it could since the OBD1 PCM wont pick up the second set of O2 censors but, I need to know.
3. On Engine harness to forward lamp harness (on RH shock tower) is a connector named C100 that has wires going from A-K, I need to know what the wire G (pink) does or what its for, SHbox says that wire G (pink) is for Power feed from igntion Fuse #11??????
4.On a 95 coil (double connection) are three wires (white with black tracer, pink with black tracer, and solid pink), can some one tell me what each wire is for?
5. On a 96 coil (single connection) are two wires (green and pink) can some one tell me what each wire is for???
6. Can some one tell me how I can get a my reverse lights to come on when i put the 6speed in reverse since im using a auto harness, can some one tell me what wire and what connector I need to buy to make it work correctly??

1. Not sure. You may need a couple to of the wires to preserve your theft deterrent features, if you still use them. See the wiring of the park/neutral switch at the top of this diagram.
Also see #6.

2. It should be ok to remove the wiring. Just be sure that you don't ever want to revert back to OBD-II.

3. Fuse 11 powers the coil and ICM, plus power to the auto transmission.

4. http://shbox.com/1/95_ign_system_schematic.jpg

5. pink is power, dark green is the trigger wire from the ICM to fire the coil.

6. Use the brown and light green wires from the auto harness going to the auto shifter range switch to connect to the backup light switch on the M6. Brown is power and light green goes to the lamps.

I mean green is the on that goes to the backup lights. Just extra info, you don't really need to worry about.
Yes, just hook a new pigtail from the reverse switch to those brown and green wires.

If you dont mind me asking but, how do you know so much about the LT1?? Was it your creation Would you happen to know the A/c delco part number for that reverse light pigtail? Thanks

I just read a lot.

The backup lamp pigtail might be AC-Delco # PT107, GM # 12085485. That's my best guess. It was a little hard to find.

SO brown and green are my wires for my reverse lights thanks. I did a search to see what wires I needed to hook up my reverse lockout and I found someone saying that I need the brown for ground and pink for power, is this information right?
