will this intake work with my 94 fuel rail etc
93 intake on a 94-97 motor what do i need??
I bought a ported intake and it turns out its for a 93 camaro since it doesn't have the notch in the front of the intake for the cross over tube on the fuel rail. What do I need to make this work with my 94 fuel rail and injectors????
Do I need to get a 93 fuel rail, if so what do I need to do to swap over my 94 injectors and regulator etc?
Basically what I am asking is what do I need to do to make a 93 intake work on a 94 lt1. will my holly 58mm tb work on this intake?
thanks

Re: 93 intake on a 94-97 motor what do i need??
I can't see how you could put any rails other than the 93 rails on a 93 intake manifold. Only other possibility would be to remove the diagonal cross-over pipe from your 94 rails, weld the holes closed, and drill new holes on the top of the rails so you could weld in some -6AN fitting and use a braided S/S hose looped over the intake.
I've always wondered how the 93 rails will work with the sequential injection used on the 94+'s, since the 93 rails were designed to work in batch-fire mode. Probably no significant difference.
The 58mm TB should fit, as long as the holes have been open up from the stock 52mm.

Do you think it would be possible to cut the cross over notch into the 93 intake so I could still use my 94 fuel rail? From 93 to 94 are the regulators the same what about the map sensor etc.
Thanks joe
