Will heavy wheels(18's) affect dyno numbers??
Will heavy wheels(18's) affect dyno numbers??
This weekend I am going to be dynoing the car again, and I was wondering if the heavy 18x9.5's I have would effect the power output. I dynoed before and the car put down 380 rwhp through the automatic, but here is what has been done since then
--Fresh bottom end with new rings, bearings, timing chain, oil pump
--Comp 985 springs to prevent valve float up high in the rpm's
--Comp "R" lifters at 0 lash
--Electric waterpump (CSI)
--TB bypass
If someone has any experience with before and after dynoing with very heavy wheels versus the lighter 16's, I would appreciate the info.
