Will code 43 cause me to have false knock?
Will code 43 cause me to have false knock?, and would false knock make the car miss at high rpms ?

I think having a false knock will make you miss in the upper rpms, when it detects a "knock" it pulls out timing and that could contribe to a missfire I believe

DTC 43 may cause timing to be continuously retarded, but I would doubt you would feel a miss-just degraded performance. I don't see it causing "false knock".
