I ran the 26x11.5x16 ET Street without any modification to the wheelwell. You should be fine.

A 26x11.5-16 ET Street has a section width of 10.8". That's less than the 275/40-17's that come stock on a WS6 or SS. It will fit fine. M/T does recommend a 10" wide wheel for that size ET Street.

When I ran the 26x11.5x16's they were on 8" stock wheels without tubes. Worked fine with traps in the mid 120 range.

I ran 'em on a 16x8" rim with no problems. 1.51 sec 60' with a stiff street type suspension.

I had no problems with them on stock wheels. Keep in mind that the 26x10.5s are shorter than the 26x11.5s, so you'll see some gearing difference between the two.

Derrick,
As far as I remember you were running the discontinued ET Drags. Were you pulling your 1.61 short times with them?
