why is oil being pushed out my valve cover breather?
the car is a 94 lt1 385 with a t76mm turbo, just kind of putted it down the road and came back, cause its not tuned, and there was some oil coming out the breather, why? should i have one in each valve cover? i only have one in the pass side.
Make sure your PCV valve is not boogered. Don't know where it is on your engine, but usually located in middle of intake on Driver's side (LH).
If for some reason on another the pressure in the crank case is more than PCV can handle, all sorts of stuff can happen. JMHO

well i replaced the pvc so its brand new
The stock PCV valve uses intake manifold vacuum to evacute the crankcase. It lets fresh air in through the line attached to the passenger side valve cover, from the throttle body. If you kept all that intact, when you are under boost, the crankcase will be under full boost. Did you keep the stock PCV valve in place? Did you remove the vent line from the TB to the valve cover?
I know in blower applications, it isn't unusual to route the PCV valve to the inlet side of the compressor, with a catch can to eliminate entrained oil. That way you won't be pressurizing your crankcase, and blowing stuff out the breather.

ok ive been doin some research and i have a bullet muffler so i dont have much back pressure. could i use my exhaust as a vacuum and run this into both valve covers with a filter of some type to catch the oil, and maybe a one way valve just to be safe? would there be any disadvantages?
what bout this? http://app.infopia.com/Shop/Control/...d/0/rid/126348
