2 things will make the trans dipstick keep blowing out...Either excess heat or an internal pressure leak that's pressurising the fluid in the pan.

Do you have a stall in it? Do you have a GOOD external transmission cooler? By GOOD, I mean a stack plate cooler, not a tube/fin cooler. B&M, TRU-COOL, and LONG sell stack plate coolers...Actually, the B&M , and TRU-COOL are made by LONG.

We did extensive research on transmission coolers at the shop a few years ago....With a temp guage going into and coming out of the coolers. The tube/fin type just aren't very efficient. A Grand National with an extremely high stall in it is what prompted us to test the different cooler types. With ANY tube/fin cooler we put on it, it would blow fluid out the vent. We ended up with a stack plate cooler that was physically smaller than the largest tube/fin cooler they make, and it solved the problem.

No, I do not have a big stall in it, it is stock. I checked it out last night and so far the stick has stayed in it since i pushed it back in like last week or so. I do have a tranny cooler on it but not sure which one it exactly is.

Thanks for the advice though

Mine does it too -- the top of the dipstick (near where it comes out) looks like the air is getting to it. It's changing to somewhat of a red color.
