That's only true if the setups are exactly the same. Which motor would you rather have in your car? The one in my setup last year made 733rwhp, but the car would "only" run 10.66sec. Or, my buddies which makes a bit more than 500rwhp but runs a little quicker? Does that mean the dyno "lies"?

Of course not. My car weighs over 4,000lbs, had an M6 and was running a 26x10" slick. His car weighs more than 700lbs less, runs a bigger tire, and has a Lenco. So, your question about "which would you rather have?"really doesn't make any sense without specifying a lot more information.

I'll take the car (all things the same) with the best average torque in the rev range I'll be seeing at the track. Cause, once setup properly, that car will be the quickest one at the track. It'll also be the most fun to drive.

All that I am saying is the timeslip doesn't lie and that dyno and flow numbers can vary from shop to shop. Yes there are more things to take into account at the track, but it's easier to disect the problem. How can you tell the difference in Flow benchs, say from JPR, Thunder racing, or GTP's? I had a friend get some heads (LS1) that flowed over 303.X @ .600 on one bench and other bench they only flowed alittle over 250 @ .600. He still picked up .3-.4 tenths just from the heads. So what is the difference in the benches?

Benches are suppose to be calibrated to a standard. I'm sure Superflow has info on that standard.
However, from what I've seen, there are alot of people out there who are oblivious to flow bench calibration. Then again there are different methods being used, different bore sizes, flow-pipes, different entrance radii, etc..
I can tell you that the flow numbers of my latest set of heads, ported by Progressive Race Engine Development were accurate within less than 1% of what Steve Schmidt Racing Engine's flowbench measured.
Seen this from alot of porters I consider, "very good porters".
