ok i just jacked the car up...looked under back driver side tire...i moved the black plastic flap that covers that area and now i see a black plastic cyclinder that im guessing my fuel filter is inside of it I can't get into it i can't move those black clips on bottom that holds it on far enough back to get it off LOL...i bout broke 1 of them already...am i doing somethign wrong???

 

As far as I know the fuel filter is not covered by a black plastic flap. It is located Under the driver side back seat. Just follow the fuel lines (gray metal tubes)...you'll find it. It's a cylider shape... a little bigger than a film container.
