I got mine at the local Kragen. It is made by Auto X Ray - make sure you get the one that can read OBD1 AND OBD2.
94 & 95 used a OBD1 computer with an OBD2 type connector - but just jumping the pins will not work (as it did with older cars).

I bought mine from them and recieved it quickley.
You do have to call Auto X ray and ask to buy the OBD2 connector, it's only 15 bucks and the info is included in the booklet you get with the reader.

Only the 1995 F-Bodys use the 16-pin OBD-II style connetor with the OBD-I PCM. The 1994 F-Body LT1's use a conventional 12-pin OBD-I ALDL connector.

If all you need is an OBD-I tool, consider a used Auto X-ray OBD-I scanner, typically available for less than $100. Or, get free scanning/data logging software and a cable ($50-100) for your laptop.

www.akmcables.com for a cable.

http://andywhittaker.com/ECU/FreeSca...0/Default.aspx for scanning.

That would get you a basic start.
