When do the fans turn on?
I have notice that neither of my fans turn until I turn the a/c on. I let the car idle until the temp got almost to the red line and no fans were on. Then when I hit the a/c, both of them turned on. Whats up with that? Anyway to wire the fans up so that both turn on when I start the car?

The pcm will command low speed fans "ON" at 226º and "OFF" at 221º and high speed fans "ON" at 235º and "OFF" at 230º.
If you have 2 fan relays, replace low and high speed with primary and secondary in the blurb above. I would not wire the fans on all the time. They are not needed all the time.
You might have a problem with the PCM seeing the correct temp to turn on the fans. A scan tool can verify what the PCM sees.
