Wheel Bearings Accessible?

I saw a post on here earlier that said you could not replace the wheel bearings in the f-bodies and you had to replace the entire hub for $130. The deluxe kit for my gear installation that I am buying on thunder racing's site says it comes with wheel bearings...are they possible to change or what is the reason of getting new ones.
Thanks
Bill

The hub replacement is probably required for the front wheel bearings, the ones you are talking about are the rears.

Are you sure you are thinking about the correct bearings? I bought a pro/complete/whatever install kit too and it came with the axle bearings for in the rear gear housing but not the bearings that go out by the wheels. If yours in fact do, let me know! Thanks!

This is what thunder racings website description of the kit is:

Deluxe Kit: Includes pinion shims, carrier shims, crush sleeve, pinion seal, pinion nut, ring gear bolts, cover gasket, pinion & carrier bearings, PLUS wheel bearings and seals. (All of the small parts and pieces necessary to RESTORE an axle to like new condition!)

So I figured those were the bearings to go in for the rear wheels.
