whats the best programmable PCM

I am building a LT1 for my 82 Z28. Am currently looking at the TCI fast system or the mr gasket setup also herd alot of good things about the accell setup, looking for something that will run in open and closed loop so the car will run and adjust according to its sensor inputs when street driving and then run off a set program when at the track ,not adjusting according to it sensor inputs. looking for some opinions and personal experence with any system. what do all of you recommend? Thanks jim

Probably the best setup would be the MoTeC M800, but it is very expensive. The shop that did my MoTeC (bought it used for about 1/2 price) is also authorized installer for Accel/DFI, FAST, Haltech and E'motive, and their choice for the next best after MoTeC is the Gen VII Accel/DFI.

Am using the ACCEL/DFI setup. So far all the tuning has been right on the money. Had motor dyno tuned as soon as it was built. After 19 pulls we had the top end of the RPMs dialed in pretty good. Now
I need to take my car to a chassis dyno to tune the lower end of RPM for driving on the street. Would highly recomend this product.
