What would you do for a good tune up?

Air filter (I don't need to replace mine yet), O2, Fuel filter, Plugs and wires. What eles would you do?

Sounds like you about have most stuff covered. I'd say oil, diff oil, dont change the trans fluid unless its dark and/or burnt smelling. Check your belt. Pull the throttle ducting off and clean out your throttle body with some cleaner. I usually hold it open and use a screw driver with a rag doused in cleaner to get all the gunk out. Other people may have more ides on stuff. Hope I helped.

Is there a reason to replace the coil, I'm guessing that I won't see any power gains. Also, which one do you suggest. I have 154K on the clock.

Fresh coolant.

And be sure to check fluid levels, such as power steering, brake, and hydraulic for the t56.
