At idle my short term right 02 is reading in the 190's. If I blip the throttle it goes to 130, then slowly climbs at idle to 190+.

Exhaust Gasket leak.... or, it could be a bad O2.

No exhaust leaks, and the 02 is 1 week old.

you sure it's the right side?(bank 2?)

are the o2 sensors pluged in the correct connectors?

What is the long term at idle on the right side? If the long term is 160, it means that adding 25% fuel using the long term (the maximum it can add), and that's not enough. So its adding another 50% extra fuel using the short terms. A total of at least 75% extra fuel being poured in. That will only happen if the O2 sensor is reading extremely low voltage. What is the O2 sensor voltage when all this is happening? I've seen an externally contaminated sensor flatline below 200mV, and cause that to happen.

If you "blip the throttle", the PCM moves to Cell 18, which will be a different set of long term and short term corrections than the idle Cell 16. As the throttle closes, it switches to Cell 17, with yet another set of corrections. Eventually it gets back to Cell 16.

Long term is ~134 I think. I never saw the short terms go this high. I started the car up and let it idle for 5-10 minutes and started going through the readings on the scanmaster and thats when I noticed it. I guess I'll take it for a drive tomarrow and see if it still does it. I think the 02 mv was in the 100-250 range.

You mentioned the O2 is one week old, what brand is it? Was it a universal where the wires need to be spliced into the connector or did it have a factory connector?
