Maybe an intake manifiold leak would be it. Just keep an eye on the oil pressure gauge if you are worried about the lubruication system.
FWIW, I have a friend whos LT1 is on 160k and the only prob is a timing cover leak. He beats the hell out of it on a daily basis as well.

Most of it's ignition or electrical, the rest of the car is usually pretty solid.

I've got 140K on mine and it runs GREAT! I did have to do the intake oil leak at like 130ish, just all the sudden started leaking everywhere! Now it doesn't leak a DROP! Also did the oil pressure sender when i had the intake manifold off. Now the pressure reading seems to be a lot more accurate.

I've also changed out: opti, plugs, wires, WP, ign coil, alt., starter, fuel filter (You might wanna change that), pcv lines (get oily and nasty), a few vacuum hoses, etc.

Only major thing left for me to change is the fuel pump and it's causing me problems already (won't start up right). LT1's will last forever just have to make sure and do your minor tune up things regularly.

At 130K miles I dynoed my car with these tune up things(minus the intake leak) and a CAI and cutout and put down the numbers in my sig. I was impressed to say the least.

Good luck, hope this helps.

Kyle

The opti and the water pump are a couple of items that wear out before the engine itself.

But, having said that...
If you're already over 100,000 miles and she's still running strong, then there's no telling how long she'll go.

I mean, things could break sometime in the next week, or they could break sometime in the next decade.

Just keep up on the service and don't worry about it.
