Ok. I found out that i should use a 5/8" vacuum cap for the AIR system, and a M22 1.5 drain plugs for the headers. Is it a 5/8" vacuum cap for the EGR system also. And what should i use to cap off the CAI.

Re: What size vacuum cap.

The 5/8" vacuum cap is for the AIR hose connection on your CAI.

The vacuum lines for the AIR (assuming you had the AIR recall done, and they added the vacuum connection) and EGR vacuum solenoid come off the nipples on the drivers side of the intake manifold.... just measure them and get something close, or take the old hose to the parts store with you and see what matches.... maybe 1/8"???? It isn't all that critical, as long as it seals tight.

The 5/8" vacuum cap can also be found in the "help" section at autozone or o'reilly's. Its a "bypass cap". I couldn't find one that big with the regular vacuum caps, then I discovered the "help" brand section.
