I went with a 28,000 GVW B&M tranny cooler and I only have a 2400. I'd recommend this cooler, except it doesn't come with anything when you order it. Just go with a 24,000 or pick up the biggest one you can get from Autozone. (Hayden brand)

They didn't give you any mounting hardware or anything w/the 28,000?

No mounting hardware and no hoses. I bought the hoses from Autozone and the zip straps from Napa...

Well, I won't be doing the install, but I guess I should go with the 24,000 anyway. Can't be that much of a difference.

B&M Supercooler. Why aren't you doing it yourself?

Get the biggest one you can find. It won't hurt anything that's for sure. Also installing it yourself is a snap. If your paying someone to do it I'd recommend doing it yourself. It'd take you an hour at most.

I know some people don't want to mess with that stuff. But a TC install is very simple also. Depending on what your getting charged you could save yourself some decent money for other mods. I'm not knocking you or anything so don't take me the wrong way. With the right tools it would probably only take you about 2-3 hours to do everything. Just depends on what you wanna do I guess. The one thing I'd definately stay away from is a shift kit install, now that's a little tricky. At any rate, if you get it installed, still go with the biggest dang thing you can find. Get an RV cooler or something. It will do nothing but good for your tranny. I think the 28000gvw is still only $60 bucks and that's good insurance.

Well, it's getting cold outside and I don't have a garage so I'll pass on doing it
