What lifters to use(solid)

Fixing to start again working on my car some. I have a new set of Comp cam solid roller lifters, I also have a nice used set of the crane Pro series. With the comps I canuse my rev kit but the cranes will not work with it. Which ones should I stick in it? Thanks

If it is going to be run on the street I would stick with either CC EndureX or Isky Red Zone lifters.

I've had good luck with a street driven solid roller using the Crower Severe-Duty Cutaway lifters.

Crowers or Isky's are the ones to go with....They are expensive though but cheaper than a complete rebuild

I have always used Crower and never had any complaints about them. However, I never used a SR on a street car and don't see the need to with the improvements in HR technology and springs. .

Be sure to use one of the pressurized oiler versions. I bought a used SR and kit and they were just the normal Crane Horizontal link versions. They last about 7 months then came apart, taking my 7 month old 383 motor with it No one mentioned anything about the pressurized versions of solid roller lifters when I was talking about the build up (2 years in the making). That's no ones fault but I wish I'd known about them. Several thousand dollar motor gone after 2 years of waiting in only 7 months.
