Hey guys, I am going to be ordering my headers, Im picking up a set of stage 8 header bolts but I am not sure which length will work with the hooker shorties 1' or 3/4'. someone told me to call Thunderracing and ask but if anyone has experience on this subject then I could use this help. finally the headers and my OVC wires will be on it is about time.

 

I'm running 3/4 inch bolts with one shortened 1 inch bolt for the hole that my Lokar dipstick is bolted to. Some will say 1 inch bolts will work but there will be holes where you can't get it lined up because the pipe will interfere with the bolt head.
Having a cheap 7/16 open end that you can grind on for extra clearance is a good idea. Also get an allen wrench socket to fit in the bolt heads.
