What fuel pressure should I be at?

Yes. The Motorsports injectors are rated at 39.?PSI and would flow a tad more at LT1 fuel pressure.

I am not sure if they are the 23049 or 23053. I looked under 93-97 and then 98-02 and the same injectors came up.

It doesn't say at what fuel pressure they are running to get the 550HP or at what RPM they are getting the HP. Both figure heavily in injector size.
