yeah, HPP sucks... i've heard many cases where people actually lost horsepower rather than gained it from the power programmer.

yeah stock 99-01 Cobras generally trap 103 (they have BAD gearing stock) so just do what it takes to run 103MPH. Should take those 4.10's.You should be about even with him till you hit overdrive (110ish im thinking)
