how many amps for stock alternator?
as the subject asks, how many amps does a stock alternator from a 94 lt1 put out?? will an alt. with a 124 amp discharge be okay on an engine without aftermarket audio equipment?

I would say that since you have a aftermarket stereo that I would definately go larger than the stock one was equipped with. Since stock is 14 amps I would definately go larger just to be safe.
