Shoebox has a list of LT1 codes. Note that the 93 codes are slightly different than other OBD-I years, and are shown on a column all the way to the right:

http://shbox.com/1/Dtcs.htm

You have a problem with either the AIR pump power circuit, the EGR solenoid or the EVAP purge solenoid. There is also a remote possibility that the quad driver module #1 that is in the ECM is defective. My suggestion would be to check the fuse for the AIR pump.

Are you aware you don't need a scanner to read codes on a 93. You can simply short 2 ALDL pins and count the flashes on the SES light. Again, 93 only and Shoebox has instructions:

Oh ok all those parts have been removed as I live in a state that does not test emmisions and i didn't like the clutter. I however have not gotten the vehicle tuned yet so i will obviously tell them to tune those out. I am aware that i can jump the a to b pin but it is just as easy to take it to advanced as they are right down the road from my house and i had to go there anyways. Thanks for the info Injuneer!

You can just pust a resistor across the harness connectors for the EGR and EVAP solenoids to eliminate the codes. As long as there is a good fuse in the AIR pump circuit you won't get a code for that.

Measure the resistance of the solenoids. Probably be able to make anything from the measured resistance to 10X the measured resistance work. Higher value would be better. The PCM is just looking for a complete circuit.
