What Clutch to buy?

I have just replaced my clutch one month ago. It is full warranty. It is cheap autozone one though so i don't wan to put it back in there. What clutch should I buy? Can I user the autozone pp/and fly wheel and buy a really good disk???

How much HP are you pushing? Are you more or less still at a stock level?

Unless you're planning some major HP increasing mods I would get the Stage 2 Star Spec clutch. Anything stronger like a Stage 3 Spec or a Street Twin will make dailing driving difficult.

Is your car a daily driver?

Why do you say that the Street Twin isn't daily drivable? I have one and it drives great. No chatter and it's easy to modulate, just like stock.

if your really pushing 320 rwhp (key word Rear Wheel) I would not even bother with a stock clutch, spend the money do a McLeod or Centerforce, do it right.

An OEM clutch is what I would chose for 320rwhp. If I wanted something better than the stocker, the Street Twin is by far the best clutch out there for an LT1 4th gen. It would last forever with 320rwhp and would be overkill. For something in the middle, it's tough. There are a lot of people who haven't had good luck with Centerforce or Spec. You might check the McLeod catalog to see if the make something else besides the ST for the LT1 4th gen. They make a good clutch.

I'd either get something inexpensive like a stock set-up with a McLeod dual friction disk or get a Street Twin...not something semi-expensive like the Spec. You can bet that the Spec will _not_ be the last clutch you ever do and yet it is more than 1/2 the cost of the Street Twin. I vote Street Twin
