So how much of a difference in a stock LT1 and a LT1 with a LT4 "hot" cam kit can i expect

You've now got three threads going on basicaly the same subject, posted in a 21 minute period - on the LT4/LT4 HOT cam. You should keep all these in the same thread, rather than starting several new ones.
