What all is involved with changing opti seals?

What all is involved with changing opti seals?
Can I just pull the crank pulley, pull the opti, change seals and button it back up?
Does the waterpump have to come off at all or anything else?

The water pump has to come off before you can get the opti off. You can change all the seals in the timing cover, though you will have to remove the crank hub if you want to do the crank seal.
