Weird noises when cooling fans turn on...

Whenever my cooling fans turn on or my A/C is on, it is so loud and the whole car vibrates/surges. What could this be?

Could be you have a bad fan motor or maybe one of the fan blades is messed up. See if you can get it up in the air and check it from underneath where you can see while the fans are on.
