Weird Noise coming from the front.....True Roller?

Here are some specs on the car: 355 LT1, CLoyes True Roller Timing Chain, Electric WaterPump, Custom cam, ported heads etc.

Anyways, watch the video, it speaks for itself. The noise it not really that loud, the camera makes it seem a lot worse then it is.

Here is what i know: Does it with the belt ON or OFF, Electric Waterpump ON or OFF. Took the timing cover off and the chain does not rub on the timing cover. There are no metal shavings in the oil. Motor has 600 miles on it. Oil pressure is great, and the car runs great. The noise goes away after 1k or so, not sure if you cant hear it anymore over the exhaust etc or it goes away.
The noise is coming from the front of the engine. Oh yeah, its been doing it ever since i put the new motor in

Please help!!!
Marcin
