Way to rich

Finally started new 383 and it initially ran for approx 10 minutes with a little help to the throttlebody, but stumbles and dies and wont fire back up.It will fire if i pull the injector fuses crank it with tbody all the way open runs for couple sec then dies. But if i put the injector fuse back in and wait 10 min crack the tbody open to start it she'll run for maybe 5 min while varying rpm 2000-2500 or so then dies. Fuel pressure is 45 psi while sitting there when system is primed just after turning key and holds it well and maintains good psi while trying to run this thing but varies slightly while varying the rpm's.Exhaust is totally black ,plugs are wet and black also.the plugs are ngk bkr6e-11 are these too cold and contribute to the problem? This is thru an AS&M open header with no O'2 sensors hooked up,pitched old and didn't get new yet. There are no visible leaks such as at the header flange,at the injectors, vac, intake.Drained the oil and was black and alot mor came out then went in.Motor has all new wires, opti, everything but iac ,tps and maf sensors. Also pcmforless tune which Alvin left psi on fpr at 45 so fuel pressure is not the problem i don't think.here is a basic list of the mods .All parts are new .Got any ideas? Mechanically seems fine,no probs 11.5 comp 383

Is your coolant temp sensor connected, and providing the PCM with an accurate coolant temp?
