The noise is very clear in the video as the ticking noise is really the only noise that it picked up.

...im almost positive its not the rockers because i have adjusted and readjusted them now about 5 times... i also just replaced the lifters because i thought one was bad

Knock!!!!

Scan your 02 sensors and trim as a leak will cause one side to run real rich but something's a banging and it don't sound good. How is the oil pressure??

"the "tick" started about 150 miles after cam swap"

i know you're hoping for the best, but if it's knockin and the oil pressure is low you most likely have rod knock. it's happened to me before.

the noise could go away when you loosen the rockers because that cylinder is starting to cut out or have reduced power

yeah swapped cam about 150-200 miles ago. Is that common to happen after a cam swap? looks like im gonna pull the engine, tear it down, and go bigger!

super cheap as in... less than 2000?

yeah- high mileage. around 110000ish miles on the clock. looks like im gonna pull the engine, part out all of the hot cam stuff, then look into a 355 with a bigger cam.
